Biodiversity in Rang 1 and Rang 2
We were so lucky to have a visit from Dale Treadwell of RTE Jr during the week. He was very exciting with his prpresentation, and he even had us dancing by the end of it. We learned a few tips of how to protect our beautiful planet
Last Week of School for 1st & 2nd Class!
1st & 2nd Class had a fantastic last week of school for 2017/2018. We went to Birr Castle on Tuesday to do some sketching. On Wednesday, we went on our school tour to Playtown and Jumpin’ Jacks in Tullamore. We had a brilliant time! 🙂
Outdoor Fun in 1st & 2nd Class
1st and 2nd Class took a trip to the playground & we had a fantastic time climbing, running, swinging and spinning!
Electric Times in 1st!
We had great fun experimenting with balloons to make static electricity!
Fruity Show & Tell!
We love strawberries in Rang 1! We were learning all about fruit as Gaeilge this week. Is maith linn sútha talún!
Last Day of Spring!
We had great fun today on our nature walk in the park. We found buttercups, bluebells, daisies and tulips; we saw birds nests and fairy doors. We can’t wait for summer!

Lá Glas i Rang 1
Bhí an lá againn Dé Déardaoin seo caite! We had a fantastic day for Lá Glas. We played tunes, sang songs and danced for our families. We also made leprechaun hats & had a Tráth na gCeist!

Bhí ceolchoirm iontach againn le haghaidh Seachtain na Gaeilge. Bhain gach duine pléisiúir as na rannta, damhsa agus ceol i rith an lae. […]
