World Book Day

Fourth Class celebrated World Book Day on March 2nd. The girls enjoyed a trip to the library, art activities, Buddy Reading with Junior Infants and lots of reading. Pancake Tuesday

Fourth Class had a lovely time decorating their pancakes. We even got treated to a very tasty Moldovan dessert.

Happy Grandparent’s Day

We celebrated Grandparent’s Day yesterday as part of Catholic Schools Week. The girls wrote reports introducing their Grannies and Grandads while showing beautiful photos to the class. We read the Thought for the Day over the intercom, said prayers, lit a candle and made cards for these very special people. It was a lovely celebration.

Talent Show

Fourth Class ended the first term with a wonderful Talent Show. We were treated to a lovely afternoon of music, song and dance.

Buddy Reading

Vex Robotics

4th, 6th and Senior Infants are very excited to be taking part in Vex Robotics this year. They are currently creating their robots which will be programmed using coding in the new year.

Christmas Shoebox Appeal

Fourth Class prepared Christmas Shoeboxes for the Team Hope Appeal. They will make some children very happy this Christmas. Thank you girls.


Halloween fun in 4th Class.


After learning about our native trees the girls in fourth class explored the park to see what trees were there. They also went on a scavenger hunt looking for leaves, seeds and nuts and they used what they found to make some lovely art.
