Water Water Everywhere!!!! in second class
This week we explored the role of water in energy creation. We discussed how water is used to power mills and power plants. We looked at water wheels and how they are used to create energy…….And then we had SOME fun making one!!!!

Hot Air Balloons
Third Class really enjoyed the Hot Air Balloon Festival which took place in Birr recently. They were fascinated to see one of the balloons in Mercy Primary! In Art Class the girls experimented with mixing colours and created beautiful hot air balloons. They look fabulous in our classroom.
