St. Brigid’s Day in 1st Class
We learned all about the St Brigid and the story of her cloak and her cross. We made some lovely St. Brigid’s Day crosses on the 1st of February – the feast day of St. Brigid.
Gymnastics in First Class
We have just finished our five week session of gymnastics and we loved it!! Look at us trying loads of new moves on the bars and on the mats!
Birthdays in First Class
We’ve been working really hard over the past few weeks learning about birthday traditions. We designed our own cupcakes and party hats and made yummy rice crispie buns! Here we all with all our work!

We loved getting dressed up for our new 2018 School Calendar. Here we are in our fabulous clothes! Calendars are available from the school office @ the great price of €10 for 1 or €15 for 2!
‘Be Safe Be Seen’ in 1st Class
We were delighted to be at the Midland 103 Radio broadcast last week. We learned lots about road safety and why it’s so important to wear our hi-vis jackets.

May Activities in First Class
