Circle of Friends
We’re are already at the end of our first week back, and now more than ever it’s been important to rely on our friends! We’ve really enjoyed being back together, and have loved laughing, playing, and working together again 🙂

Water Water Everywhere!!!! in second class
This week we explored the role of water in energy creation. We discussed how water is used to power mills and power plants. We looked at water wheels and how they are used to create energy…….And then we had SOME fun making one!!!!
Maths Week 2019
What a great week in Mercy Primary. It was World Maths Week. We enjoyed maths so much. More photos to follow……
National Tree Day 2019
On National Tree Day, we spent the day learning about trees and enjoying our natural environment. We combined it with learning about the artist Kadinsky and studying his abstract trees.
Friendship week in 2nd class
We had a great week celebrating friendship week. We remembered our PAX vision about being kind, caring, looking out for each other. It makes a wonderful school!
Second Class News!
Second class have had a very busy time this year preparing for their special day- their First Holy Communion – on tomorrow 18th May. Farmyard in your School
We had a visit from the Farmyard in your School team this week – it was lovely and the girls really enjoyed interacting with the farm animals. They learned lots too!
