Tidy Towns Award

We are delighted to have won 1st place in the Best Schools category of Birr Tidy Towns Awards. All credit must go to Ger Roberts, our caretaker for the fantastic work he does to keep the place looking good!

Summer time-Senior Infants June 2016

All of us here in Senior Infants wish you all a lovely, fun-filled, safe Summer holiday. Many thanks to parents and guardians for all your help and support throughout the year. All of your beautiful girls have blossomed and they are a great bunch!!

8 Years Full Attendance!

One of our 6th class girls was presented with a certificate and a gift for 8 years full attendance in Mercy Primary School – what an achievement!!         

Shoe the Children Campaign

Junior Infant Orienteering Challenges!

Junior Infants are practising their early orienteering skills. They have to find objects, work in groups and record their findings. Co-operation is a key skill in early orienteering. Here are some photos of the class using their orienteering skills.
