The Big Read in Senior Infants

Senior Infants really enjoyed The Big Read which took place in the library every Thursday for 6 weeks. Each week we got to hear a new big book being read to us by some of our Mums and Granny’s. A big thanks to everyone who was involved.

My Home by Second Class

Second Class learned about the different homes we live in. Later we designed and made our own house using cardboard boxes. Then  we painted them. They look beautiful!

Gymnastics in Second Class

Second Class have started Gymnastics in PE. They are learning to balance and travel across different equipment. They can roll, crawl, slide, climb, hang, tumble, swing,balance, jump, cartwheel and some can even tie themselves up in a knot!!!

Pancake Tuesday

First class are swinging into action at their gymnastics class.They are  very enthusiastic and very eager to try out  new ways of travelling across the climbing frame.
