10 km Walk on March 1st

The Big Read in Senior Infants

Senior Infants really enjoyed The Big Read which took place in the library every Thursday for 6 weeks. Each week we got to hear a new big book being read to us by some of our Mums and Granny’s. A big thanks to everyone who was involved.

Be Safe, Be Seen – Second Class

Second Class took part in a Road safety campaign. They learned the importance of being safe and being seen, on our roads. Each child received a Hi Glo Silver arm band and a certificate. My Home by Second Class

Second Class learned about the different homes we live in. Later we designed and made our own house using cardboard boxes. Then  we painted them. They look beautiful!

Second Class Handwriting Competition

Second Class have been working really hard on perfecting their handwriting. The girls took part in an in-class handwriting competition. All the girls tried their best. Ms. de Chaumont had the difficult task of choosing the best three entries. Congratulations to Tara, Grace and Megan W. Keep up the great work Second Class!
