February Fun
Second Class celebrated Pancake Tuesday this month. They designed their own pancakes and decorated them with yummy toppings. The girls created cute Valentine’s cards and they were treated to lovely hot chocolate.
Science Fun in First Class
First Class had lots of fun carrying out some experiments about Sound this week.
Artists and Engineers
Second Class experimented with lines and shapes and created amazing paper sculptures.
Meeting Author Shane Hegarty
Second Class were delighted to meet Irish author Shane Hegarty. He read excerpts from his new book and took time to talk to the children and answer all their questions. We are looking forward to reading his books this year.
