Catholic Schools Week in Junior Infants
As part of Catholic Schools Week 2015 Junior Infants coloured in and cut out a template of a candle. Each child wrote their name to complete a message on it: Hello God, this is _________, I want to say I love you.

Junior Infants visited the Book Fair.
Scholastic Book Fair has arrived in Mercy Primary School and Junior Infants went to visit it in the school hall last Friday. We were amazed with all the lovely books and fingers crossed Santa might bring us all a book for Christmas!

Happy Halloween!
Junior Infants really enjoyed their first dress up day in Mercy Primary School. Everyone looked so scary. We really enjoyed watching Mrs.Murray carve out a pumpkin and loved listening to the story “Winnie at the seaside” she read to us. Thank you Mrs.Murray. Happy Halloween!
Halloween is here!
Junior Infants have been so busy preparing for Halloween. We coloured and cut out pumpkins, we made scary ghosts using our handprint and we made witches using paper plates and wool. We learned poems and songs about Halloween too.
