Sixth class retreat

Sixth class had a fantastic time at their retreat in Mount Saint Joseph’s this week.

3rd class had a great time filling hanging baskets with Birr Tidy Towns in the Biodiversity Garden on Castle Street. Thanks to them for inviting our girls down.

The girls in 4th have started camogie lessons this month with coach Orla. They are working on practising and improving the skills they learned earlier in the year. A Walk in the Park!

The sun was shining brightly  on Monday 30th April- the last day of Spring and Senior Infants went to Camcor Park. Last Day of Spring!

We had great fun today on our nature walk in the park.  We found buttercups, bluebells, daisies and tulips;  we saw birds nests and fairy doors.  We can’t wait for summer!

Signs of Spring in the Park

Junior Infants, Senior Infants and Mrs Murray’s class took a trip to the park looking at the signs of Spring. They heard the birds sing, saw the trees in bloom and saw beautiful flowers. It was a lovely outing.
