Winter Wonderland
First class have been busy in the lead up to the Christmas holidays. We are learning all about advent and what each of the candles represents and made advent promises. We’ve been learning about the Arctic and Antarctic and focused on polar bears and penguins. We wrote our favourite facts about polar bears on the belly of the bears we created. We did some procedural writing on how to make hot chocolate! And next week we are going to put our instructions to the test! We’ve also created some beautiful winter art and tested 3 different recipes to make fake snow! ❄️ We were shocked when they all worked perfectly!!
