Science Week in Junior Infants
Junior Infants had a very interesting and fun time learning about floating and sinking.
First they discussed the meaning of the two words and then they guessed which items chosen would float or sink.
They had great fun dropping the items into the water to see if they would float or sink. Some people even got a little bit splashed!
Some of the results were very surprising and the girls learned lots doing their experiments.
They drew pictures of what they had done at the end.
