5th and 6th visit the sorting office for An Phost in Birr
On Friday 22nd Nov, the lucky girls
from 5th and 6th class in Mercy Primary School got to visit the An Phost south Offaly
sorting office in Emmet Square, Birr. We were welcomed by Gary Cahill, the postmaster,
who gave us a wonderful tour. One of the highlights was finding our own personal slots
where our post is kept before it is delivered to our doorsteps. A big thank you to Gary and
all the staff members of An Phost in Birr.
