Fundraising for the Philippines
Mrs. Murray came up with a great idea to fundraise for the Philippines Disaster Fund – ask the children to collect the copper coins that are always lying around the place at home.
This was duly done and would you believe, we raised a massive 603 euro!!! WOW!
Well done to everyone.
We invited Mrs Geraldine Hanniffy to accept the cheque on behalf of GOAL, who are working on the ground in the Philippines, helping those in desperate need.
We hope we have made a little bit of a difference.
