Lovely Lemonade!

As part of our procedural writing lessons we decided we would be nice to ourselves here in 4th class and make some refreshing lemonade. So, we made a list of ingredients and utensils that we would need.

Ingredients:  Sparkling water, lemons and sugar.

Utensils:  A whisk, large bowl, a litre jug,  a juicer, a knife (to be used by an adult)  and plastic cups.

We then put together the simple procedure of how we would actually make the lemonade.

Method:

1.  Carefully cut the lemons in half and squeeze them on the juicer.

2.  Pour the lemon juice into the bowl being careful to remove any pips.

3.  Add sugar.

4.  Add water gradually and whisk.  Taste as you keep adding the water.

5. When you are happy with the consistency of the lemonade stir for a little longer to

ensure all the sugar is dissolved.

6.  Pour the mixture into a jug.

7.  Distribute into plastic cups.

8.  Sit back, relax and enjoy.   Slurp!!!!  Ha Ha
