Senior Infants -October 2014
Senior Infants have settled in very well and have been very busy so far this year
During structured playtime the girls get the opportunity to go to a different playstation each morning- the Home Corner, The Small World area, Messy Corner,Sensory / construction activities, and Numeracy/Literacy activities.
During science class the girls learned all about the hedgehog.As a follow up art lesson they had lots of fun creating lovely hedgehog pictures ( as can be seen above ).
During friendship week the girls explored the qualities of good friends, the importance of friends through stories poetry and artwork( see photos above)
The girls are also taking part in the library reading challenge and we will be visiting the library from school.
