Junior Infants School Tour
On Friday 29th May Junior Infants went on their first school tour. Our first stop was Birr
Fire Station where the firemen showed us the fire engine and some equipment they
use. We really enjoyed spraying water and sitting up in the big fire engine – we all fitted in it
together!! We then got back on the bus and headed for Tearaways Pet Farm and Activity
Centre. While on the way we had to wait a few minutes as there were cows on the road heading
out to a field after been milked – the girls were amazed with this! We really had such good fun
in Tearaways. We went on all the equipment both inside and outside and we were all
wrecked after our great day of excitement!
