Happy Christmas from all in Junior Infants

Junior Infants have been very busy preparing for Christmas in school.

They performed so well in their Christmas concert and learned so many new songs and

poems.  They were delighted that so many came to see them!!

We visited Birr library for Christmas storytime and we also danced the Reindeer Hokey

Pokey there which was great fun.

We went on a big adventure up to Birr Theatre for a Christmas show called “Cinderella’s

Christmas”.

We were so excited when Santa came to visit us in school and thank you so much Santa for

the yummy present mmm!!

Junior Infants sang the song “Happy birthday Jesus” so well in the church during our school

Christmas Mass.

And eventually today the girls got to bring home all their Christmas art that they made in

school to hang up and show everyone at home and Santa when he comes too!!  We made

handprint Santas, handprint reindeers, Christmas trees and our special cards that we all

made for each other.
