First Class Nursing Course 2016
First Class have started October well.
We were very lucky to have a local nurse, Shauna Carroll, visit us.
She brought two nurse’s uniforms with her; one that she wears when
helping with an operation and one for when she works with patients
on a ward.
Lucky for us, she had a few extra things in her handbag! We all had
the opportunity to try on a nurse’s hat, some goggles and a mask
to see what it feels like to be a nurse. One very important thing we
learned was how to wash our hands properly!
Without a doubt, we really did scrub up well!
