Fire Safety Talk

We were lucky enough in third class to be visited by two of our local firemen and learn all about fire safety in our homes. It was very interesting and we had great fun learning about how to keep our homes safe from fire and what to do in an emergency.

Maths For Fun

  Second Class have just completed six weeks of Maths For Fun. They played board games, Bingo and even darts!! They enjoyed playing all the different Maths games while also improving their Mathematical skills. A BIG thanks to all the Mammies and Grannies that helped out.

Senior Infants Bear hunt!

                  We finally got to go on our Bear Hunt and guess what, we were successful!!!!  We found our bear but it turned out that it was a really friendly bear.  A BIIIIIIIIIIIIIG thank you to our bear for coming to see us in Birr Castle!!  Senior Infants had a brilliant tour!
