Making Butter
Last Friday in first class we made our own butter. We had been learning about the farm in SESE, and specifically how cows provide us with food. How did we make the butter? We simply used a jar and some cream and shook the jar to the beat of Taylor Swift’s “Shake it Off”. We then tasted our butter on crackers, and even though the girls were a little put off by how it looked they couldn’t get enough of the butter.
