May news in Senior Infants

Senior Infants are working hard at their words both at home and at school. They are very proud of their written words which they can do all by themselves.

And they enjoy Show and tell time on Fridays when some girls bring in a favourite game or toy and tell the class all about it.  Other girls tell us news. And as a reward for all their hard work the girls have Golden Time when they can share their toy with classmates or play a game of cards or dress up in the home corner.

As you can see we have our own cherry blossom tree- which is our class friendship tree- and we are delighted to watch good behaviour blossoming!! Well done girls.

We are learning about flowering plants in our SESE lessons and have planted sunflowers. some are sprouting already!! We did beautiful artwork – making flowers from colourful bun cases etc. Can you spot them in the photos?
