Science Week fun in 5th and 6th Class

        What fun was had during science week 2014, and then to top it all off, it made us very proud to display all our work for our parents on Friday in the P.E. hall.  Well done to all involved!

Junior Infants visited the Book Fair.

Scholastic Book Fair has arrived in Mercy Primary School and Junior Infants went to visit it in the school hall last Friday.  We were amazed with all the lovely books and fingers crossed Santa might bring us all a book for Christmas!      

Science fun in Senior Infants – Nov 2014

  Science week was a very busy time in Senior Infants. We did a variety of science activities. On Friday 14th November we had a science day and invited our parents in to see some of the experiments we did.

Halloween fun in Senior Infants-2014

  Senior infants had great fun for halloween.They dressed up in their Halloween costumes coming to school.In school they participated in a lesson involving carving a pumpkin. They also had fun playing halloween games including “Pin the nose on the witch”. And we had a lovely treat-Halloween character biscuits-YUM!!!
